MiM-Masterclass Live at Posidonia: Event mastery
Wednesday, 3 June 2026
10:30 - 12:30
Posidonia Seminar Room 2B
Athens, Greece
What will the panel be talking about?
We all know that events take up a huge amount of budget. But what do they actually deliver? Is it money well spent?
This MiM Masterclass at Posidonia looks at how to make events pull their weight commercially. We'll examine the measures of success, pre, during and post the event.
We’ll focus on what most teams get wrong. Our panel will explore what goes wrong measuring the wrong things, struggling to prove value, and ending up constantly defending spend.
The session is designed to break down how to use events to drive real conversations, build trust quicker, and move opportunities forward.
"I'm really excited for this session. It’s a non-negotiable for marketing teams investing in events. It’s about getting more from industry events and making sure they’re seen as a growth driver, not just a cost. - Kae-Ley, Masterclass Host
